Returns Policy

Return Period

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

  2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Package your item securely with all original packaging
  4. Include your proof of purchase and return authorization
  5. Ship the item to the provided return address

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Partial Refunds

If your order contains multiple items, we will only refund for the returned items, not the entire order.

Damaged Items
